We provide mobile on-site leather and vinyl repair services in Vancouver, WA and nearby areas (including Camas, Ridgefield, Battle Ground, and surrounding communities). Scheduling depends on availability and travel constraints.
3) Estimates
Estimates are based on information provided, including photos and descriptions.
Final pricing may change after in-person inspection if the damage differs from what was shown or described.
Some repairs may require multiple visits depending on complexity, curing time, or material limitations.
4) Customer responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate contact details and access to the item(s)
Ensure a safe work area (reasonable ventilation/space, pets secured, clear access)
Disclose prior repairs, coatings, or cleaning chemicals when known
5) Results & limitations
We aim for professional restoration, but exact outcomes can vary due to:
Material condition, age, prior repairs, UV damage, cracking depth, coating failure
Manufacturer finishes, dye variability, and wear patterns
Color matching is performed to blend as closely as possible, but an exact match is not guaranteed in every case.
6) Warranty
We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty on completed repairs, excluding:
New damage, misuse, accidents, burns, cuts, pet damage after service
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by improper cleaning or harsh chemicals after repair
Warranty applies to the repaired area and workmanship, not unrelated areas.
7) Cancellations / rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. Same-day cancellations may limit available rebooking times.
8) Payments
Payment terms (deposit, final payment timing, accepted payment methods) will be confirmed during booking or invoicing. Unpaid invoices may delay service or warranty support.
9) Website use
You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site operation.
10) Third-party services & links
Our site may link to third-party tools (e.g., ClickUp forms). Their policies and uptime are outside our control.
11) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to website use, scheduling delays, or outcomes limited by material condition. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.
